Agreeing To Valentine's Plan[]
Possibly Hundreds of People had agreed to Valentine's Plot. Valentine implanted each VIP with an implant that will make them immune to the neurological waves so they can survive the imminent culling. What he didn't tell them was that he could remotely activate the chips and kill anyone who might betray him.
V-Day & Death[]
In the climax of the film, many the VIP'S were in Valentine's hideout or hiding somewhere else to be protected when V-Day would start. Many of the VIP's were starting to feel what they agreed to was wrong but changed there mind when Valentine gave them a speech that V-Day would be necessary to save the human race, that they are the chosen one's, and that they should eat, drink, and party. When the Kingsman infiltrated Valentine's Bunker, Merlin activated Valentine's implants to save Eggsy, All of the VIP's would had agreed to Valentine's Plan had there head's explode.
