Throughout the film we see Dean's gang wearing clothes of a variety of colours, with no discernible pattern. It's clear that they don't have problem wearing colourful clothing (except Poodle, who always wears black),

Deam himself has no problem either.

But after watching the movie for the 100th time, I only just noticed a detail in the last scene:

All of them are wearing primarily black clothes, and not to mention the obviously missing familiar faces. So, I think it's quite safe to assume that they were mourning their friends after V-day. Thoughts?
